Import questions, answered
How long does an import take?
Typically about 6–10 weeks from a winning bid to a registered car in your driveway, depending on the source country and shipping schedule.
How much deposit do you need?
From just 10% to secure the bid. The balance follows a fixed, all-in quote agreed up front, and our service fee is a flat 3%.
Can you get any model?
If it’s a reconditioned car under 5 years old and available at the auctions or dealers we work with across Japan, the UK and beyond, we can usually source it. Tell us the spec and we’ll confirm.
What does the all-in price include?
The overseas price, all Malaysian duties and tax, shipping and handling, certification and registration, and our service fee — quoted as one number.
Is there a warranty?
Eligible cars come with a warranty on major mechanical components; coverage depends on the model, age and mileage, and we walk you through it before you commit.
Can I finance an imported car?
Yes — we’ll help you get pre-approved through our panel of banks once your car is confirmed.
