Who we are
Panca Abadi Automobil Sdn Bhd (SSM 200701031809, formerly 789836-X), operating from 148, Jalan Sungai Pinang, Taman Cemerlang, 10150 George Town, Pulau Pinang, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy is issued in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, import request, or financing calculation through this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number and/or email address
- Any message or vehicle preferences you provide
- Which page or vehicle you enquired from, and how you found us (for our own analytics)
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Provide financing estimates or import quotations you've requested
- Keep an internal record of our conversation with you, so any of our staff can pick it up
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond responding to and servicing your enquiry.
Where it's stored
Enquiry data is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and is accessible only to authorised Panca Abadi staff. Clicking a WhatsApp button on this site opens a conversation directly in WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy — we don't control what WhatsApp does with that message on their platform.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to service your enquiry and for our internal sales records, or until you ask us to delete it (see below).
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
